Expand partnerships between education and health within schools.

In their report submitted to the President of the Republic at the launch of the Youth Well-being and Health Plan, Marie-Rose Moro and Jean-Louis Brison recommend a set of measures. Two of these are currently being implemented: a pilot program for a Youth Health Pass—providing up to ten free consultations with a psychologist in three regions for 1,500 adolescents—and the creation of a unified corps of psychologists within the National Education System, with 300 new hires planned for 2017.
