General practitioners play a key role in supporting, treating, and referring young people struggling with addiction. The challenge lies in ensuring that enough time is set aside for this dialogue between the doctor and the patient. In Aquitaine, a network of professionals supports general practitioners and other healthcare providers in this effort.
