Knowing how to listen and engage in dialogue with people in need: toward a shared training program.

Each remote health prevention and assistance program (PADS) develops its own initial and continuing training programs. However, the number of counselors, as well as their status—whether they are employees or volunteers—and operating budgets are factors that can create disparities in the availability of and access to training. This is why, as part of the reorganization of remote assistance, INPES sought to create, in collaboration with these programs, a shared training module that could be used by all.
