This special issue of "La santé de l'homme," comprising nine articles, examines the challenges and shortcomings of the mental health system and outlines the key priorities of the policy implemented by the Ministry: the organization of psychiatric care, the reintegration of people with mental illness, and the promotion of clinical research and communication. It focuses in particular on the image and perceptions associated with mental health, as well as specific approaches to prevention and promotion. A theater project involving people with mental illness and disabilities is presented.
