Survey on school meals.

This practical guide provides a framework for a survey to be conducted by elementary school students to identify the key players in the school lunch program and suggest improvements to meal service conditions. It outlines five steps: 1. Students express their views; 2. They listen to the perspectives of others at the school; 3. They observe and gather information by asking questions of the kitchen staff; 4. They make suggestions; 5. They commit to the process by drafting a school meal charter. This example activity is taken from the educational kit "Léo et la terre."
