Youth Health. Peer Education: Definition and Challenges.

Peer education in health is currently experiencing a resurgence of interest in France. Developed in Anglo-Saxon countries during the 1970s and incorporated into strategies to combat AIDS in France, this approach offers an opportunity to rethink prevention efforts targeting young people. A brief look back at the history, definition, and value of this “demanding” method, which inevitably raises questions about our relationship with youth and how we view them.
