Guide to "Aging Well" Community Initiatives: Theoretical, Methodological, and Practical Guidelines.
The guide "Community-Based 'Healthy Aging' Initiatives: Theoretical, Methodological, and Practical Guidelines" was produced under an agreement with the CNAV, which was extended to other pension schemes: MSA, RSI, Agirc-Arrco, and Ircantec. Collective initiatives for prevention and health promotion are a key focus of "Healthy Aging" because they reinforce health-protective behaviors. A comprehensive and positive approach to health serves as the guiding principle of this action guide, which takes into account all individual, social, and environmental determinants. This publication serves three objectives: - to provide a common foundation of knowledge for all professionals in the field of “Healthy Aging”; - to offer methodological and practical resources for implementing and evaluating “Healthy Aging” collective initiatives; - to harmonize the practices of pension schemes and associations in the field of collective prevention initiatives across different geographic levels: national, regional, and local. This action guide is intended for anyone involved in the field of aging, whether a decision-maker, professional, or civil society representative: prevention program managers, collective action development officers, trainers, etc. A variety of applications will help operationalize theories and concepts, challenge and strengthen existing practices, and develop new collective preventive actions.
