Trends of the Week

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI)

  • Activity in the city and in hospitals is stable across all age groups but slightly increasing among those under 15.

Influenza

  • All indicators at baseline levels in all regions except Réunion, which has been experiencing an epidemic since Week 39.

Bronchiolitis

  • Indicators at baseline levels in most regions. The Île-de-France region, Guadeloupe, and Martinique have moved into epidemic status, while Brittany is in pre-epidemic status. French Guiana has been in an epidemic since week 31. The detection rate for RSV remains low, and rhinoviruses/enteroviruses capable of causing bronchiolitis are currently circulating.

COVID-19

  • Decrease in all indicators in the community and in hospitals. Detection of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater is also declining.
