Workplace Hazards: A Survey of Workers.

A group of researchers—including physicians and social anthropologists—surveyed 100 workers in sectors with occupational hazards (automotive, nuclear, and pharmaceutical). The findings suggest, in particular, that the individualization of tasks undermines occupational health prevention and protection.
