These incidents involve data from the Sidep and Vaccin Covid information systems.

Regarding Sidep, discrepancies were noted between the data received by Santé Publique France today and that observed in the regions, particularly in connection with its regional units. As for the indicators from the Vaccin Covid database, they could not be produced due to the unavailability of data.

The Agency has therefore decided not to publish these indicators.

Since the start of the epidemic, thanks to a broad network of field personnel and information systems built under exceptional conditions, Santé publique France’s teams have been working tirelessly to fulfill its missions regarding the consistency of the surveillance system, the collection and analysis of real-time data, and the provision of expert and authoritative information to all.

The Agency has made this a priority, which is reflected in the daily publication of more than 140 indicators that track the dynamics of the epidemic.

This priority comes with a responsibility: to provide verified, consolidated, and reliable data. This means that today we must communicate transparently about this isolated incident, which the Agency, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, is fully addressing.

Investigations are underway with all stakeholders involved in the data production chain with the aim of restoring data as soon as possible.
