Since its launch in 2017, its goal has been to provide accurate answers to questions, particularly in a climate where misinformation is widespread, especially on social media. The website features a "Professionals' Area," specifically designed for healthcare professionals, who play a key role in vaccination efforts. It has been significantly expanded since its creation and is now available in its full version. To increase its visibility and establish it as a go-to resource for professionals, Santé publique France is launching an information campaign in the specialized press.

Vaccination-info-service.fr is the leading website on vaccinations in France, developed under the auspices of Santé publique France and supported by government authorities. It has attracted nearly 5 million unique visitors since its launch in March 2017. In 2018, it was expanded to include a section specifically designed for healthcare professionals. This "Professional Section," developed in collaboration with independent scientific experts, is now available in its full version. Its purpose is to support professionals in their daily practice and help them answer their patients’ questions. To this end, it brings together the most up-to-date information on vaccinations: the vaccination schedule, scientific data and opinions, changes in the law, vaccines available in France, and more. Comprising seven sections, it offers reliable information on all aspects of vaccination, from legal and scientific matters to practical considerations. This section, like the rest of the site, is intended to be regularly updated and expanded.

A campaign to inform healthcare professionals

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the Espace Pro and support healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, etc.) and vaccination stakeholders by providing them with tools to answer patients’ questions. It has been running from January 26 through March 3, 2019, on websites and in print editions of specialized professional publications.
