Smallpox B (mpox)

• 24 imported cases from Madagascar and 5 locally acquired cases. Secondary spread from imported cases is restricted, and local transmission is limited.

Arboviral Diseases 

• 336 cases of dengue and 56 cases of chikungunya have been reported. During this winter season, only sporadic cases are being reported, and there is no active transmission. 

Acute Respiratory Infections 

• Hospital health indicators (emergency room visits and hospitalizations for flu-like illnesses and acute lower respiratory tract infections) continue to rise for the second consecutive week.

Bronchiolitis in children under 1 year of age 

• Health indicators remain stable.

Gastroenteritis 

• A sharp increase in activity in emergency departments and in community settings, driven in particular by pediatric cases in hospitals.

Leptospirosis 

• 239 locally acquired cases; off-season; low transmission rate.
