Leptospirosis
- Off-season period, low transmission rate with sporadic cases (246 cases and 3 deaths).
Smallpox B (mpox)
- Secondary spread from imported cases is restricted, and local transmission is limited (24 cases imported from Madagascar and 5 locally acquired cases).
