• Due to the public holiday on Tuesday, November 1, and the non-working day on November 2 in Guadeloupe, the adjusted testing rate was down, while the adjusted incidence rate remained stable and still above 100 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants. As for the positivity rate, it increased by 3.5 percentage points over the seven-day rolling period from October 30 to November 5, 2022.

• In terms of hospital admissions, a downward trend in new hospital admissions across all departments was observed in Week 44. Furthermore, there have been no deaths reported since Week 42.

Saint Martin

• Over the seven-day rolling period from October 30 to November 5, 2022, testing rates decreased by 52% compared to the seven-day rolling period from October 23 to 29. Thus, over this seven-day rolling period, two new individuals tested positive for SARS-CoV-2; this represents four fewer cases compared to the seven-day rolling period from October 23 to 29. The positivity rate remained stable.

• In hospitals, no emergency room visits and no new hospitalizations have been recorded since Week 42.

Saint-Barthélemy

• In Saint-Barthélemy, the adjusted testing rate was down 63%; four new SARS-CoV-2 infections were detected during the seven-day rolling period from October 30 to November 5 following the processing of antigen tests. However, the positivity rate increased by 2.8 percentage points.

• At the hospital, the situation remained calm. No new hospital admissions were recorded in Week 44.
