The number of general practice visits for bronchiolitis has exceeded the expected seasonal peak for the past 7 weeks (2014-41). The number of emergency department visits for bronchiolitis is stabilizing at both the CHU and the CHBT, confirming the current bronchiolitis outbreak. It is important to reiterate and disseminate as widely as possible the recommendations aimed at limiting the transmission of the virus and ensuring appropriate care for infants.
