Guadeloupe

  • In Phase 4, Level 1 of the PSAGE* dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic.

  • Dengue transmission remains active across the archipelago. The DENV-2 serotype remains predominant.

Martinique

  • In Phase 5 of the PSAGE* dengue alert system: return to normal

  • Epidemiological and entomological surveillance indicators have returned to levels equivalent to or even lower than those of the pre-epidemic period

Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin

  • In Phase 1 of the PSAGE: Sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s).

  • Dengue circulation remains at low levels

However, vigilance must be maintained, and efforts to combat the Aedes aegypti mosquito in particular should be stepped up.
