  • Guadeloupe and Martinique are in Phase 4, Level 1 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic. The decline in the number of clinically suggestive cases continues in Guadeloupe and Martinique. In hospitals, there has been a decrease in the number of emergency room visits, which began in Guadeloupe and is continuing in Martinique.

  • Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are in Phase 3 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic.

    • In Saint Martin, the number of clinically suggestive dengue cases recorded per week has reached its highest level since early October.

    • In Saint-Barthélemy, the number has stabilized, with an average of 90 cases per week since mid-November. In hospitals, dengue activity in emergency departments remains very high in both territories. In the French Antilles, only the DENV-2 serotype has been identified in the samples analyzed.
