Dengue Surveillance in Guadeloupe and the Northern Islands. Update as of August 21, 2020.

Epidemiological Situation

Guadeloupe: Over the past two weeks (August 3–16), dengue surveillance indicators have begun to rise again. The epidemic continues, and serotype 2 remains the predominant circulating serotype.

Saint Martin: A slight increase in clinically suspected dengue cases seen in private practice was observed last week (August 10–16). The epidemic continues, and the predominant circulating serotype is serotype 1.

Saint Barthélemy: The epidemic continues to spread; the virus is circulating throughout the island. The predominant circulating serotype remains serotype 2.
