Guadeloupe

Despite declining indicators, the epidemic continues on the archipelago. The predominant circulating serotype remains DENV-2, with co-circulation of DENV-1 and the more recently identified DENV-3. Epidemiological investigations and vector control measures are ongoing.

Saint Martin

The weekly number of clinically suspected dengue cases seen in medical consultations has been relatively stable since August (2020–32) but remains high. Three epidemic outbreaks have been identified in the neighborhoods of Concordia, Baie Orientale, and Cul-de-Sac. The epidemic continues, and DENV-1 is the predominant serotype.

Saint-Barthélemy

Dengue continues to circulate actively, with surveillance indicators remaining at high levels. The DENV-1 serotype is the predominant strain.
