Dengue Surveillance in Guadeloupe and the Northern Islands. Update as of March 10, 2020.

Epidemiological Situation

In Guadeloupe, surveillance indicators show a decrease in dengue circulation over the past four weeks. The predominant circulating serotype is serotype 2.

In Saint Martin, the epidemic appears to have been in a downward phase since early February (2020-06). The decrease in the number of clinically suggestive cases is to be confirmed in the coming weeks. The predominant circulating serotype is serotype 1.

In Saint Barthélemy, an increase in surveillance indicators has been observed over the past three weeks. The predominant circulating serotype is serotype 2.
