COVID-19
In Week 35, SARS-CoV-2 circulation continued to decline in the region, with an 8% drop in the incidence rate to 168 cases per 100,000 residents and a 2.5-point decrease in the positivity rate (18.4%). With the end of the summer break, the testing rate increased slightly (+4%). The incidence rate is stable or declining in all age groups except among children under 10, where it rose slightly for the third consecutive week but remains low, at 95 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
Monkeypox
As of September 6 at 12:00 p.m., 3,721 confirmed cases of monkeypox had been reported in France, with the highest concentration of cases in the Île-de-France region. In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 243 confirmed cases were recorded
Chikungunya, Dengue, Zika
Surveillance of chikungunya, dengue, and Zika cases continues: 17 imported cases of dengue and two cases of chikungunya have been identified in the region since surveillance began on May 2, 2022.
