  • Incidence of influenza-like illnesses seen in general practice consultations estimated at 374 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, representing more than 5,000 consultations in the region.

  • Emergency room visits for influenza: stable

  • Significant number of intensive care admissions over the past two weeks

  • 40 severe cases of influenza reported since the start of surveillance (338 nationwide)

  • Virological data from Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital: stable
