Situation in Rhône-Alpes

  • Acute diarrhea / Gastroenteritis: The Sentinelles network reported moderate activity in week 41 (October 8–14) (131 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) and, for week 42 (October 15–21), a shift to high activity with an estimated incidence rate of 260 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. At the same time, the SOS Médecins associations observed a growing increase in gastroenteritis diagnoses.

  • ChickenpoxIn Rhône-Alpes, activity rose from low to moderate in week 42 (October 15–21), with an incidence rate of 26 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
