The incidence rate is estimated at 69 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (which is lower than the national rate: 80 per 100,000 inhabitants).
At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 46 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Nièvre to 84 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Territoire de Belfort, and positivity rates range from 12.3% in Saône-et-Loire to 16.3% in Doubs.

Activity at SOS Médecins clinics is decreasing, while activity in emergency departments remains stable.
46 severe cases of influenza admitted to intensive care reported by the intensive care sentinel network.
52 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022.
Acute gastroenteritis
Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is stable and remains at levels observed during the same period in previous seasons.
Activity in emergency departments remains lower than that observed during last season.
