At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 18 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Territoire de Belfort to 49 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Yonne, and positivity rates range from 3.2% in the Territoire de Belfort to 9.0% in the Yonne. Testing rates are declining in all departments.
Influenza
Epidemic phase
Flu-related activity (all ages) is relatively stable and remains at a high level at SOS Médecins clinics and in emergency departments
45 severe cases of influenza admitted to intensive care reported by the sentinel network of intensive care units
49 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022
Acute gastroenteritis
Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is stable this week and remains below levels from the same period last season.
Activity in emergency departments remains lower than that observed during the previous season.
Bronchiolitis
Activity related to the bronchiolitis epidemic among children under 2 years of age continues to decline both at SOS Médecins clinics and in emergency departments, reaching levels comparable to previous seasons
