COVID-19
The COVID-19 epidemiological situation continues to deteriorate at the regional level: a slight increase in the incidence rate (IR) and a continued sharp rise in the positivity rate, against a backdrop of declining testing rates. The regional IR rose from 3,301.6 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 3 to 3,474.6 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 4. IRs exceed 3,000 per 100,000 inhabitants in all four departments: +298 points in Côtes d’Armor, +475 points in Finistère, -147 points in Ille-et-Vilaine, and +171 points in Morbihan. Increase in new general hospital admissions, new critical care admissions, and emergency room visits, but a decrease in calls to SOS Médecins. Estimated vaccination coverage by place of residence stands at 84.2% for one dose and 82.8% for a full course.

Epidemic over. First week outside the epidemic period.
Influenza
Pre-epidemic activity. Fluctuating indicators with an upward trend in emergency room visits and virology data.
Gastroenteritis
High activity. Decrease in the number of emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations.
