COVID-19

Increase in the incidence rate (IR) calculated based on PCR and antigen tests, amid the discontinuation of reimbursement for certain tests. The regional IR rose from 95.3 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 45 to 140.9 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 46. IRs exceed 150 per 100,000 inhabitants in Ille-et-Vilaine and Morbihan: +33 points in Côtes d’Armor, +49 points in Finistère, +47 points in Ille-et-Vilaine, and +50 points in Morbihan. Two-thirds of the EPCIs have an incidence rate above 100 per 100,000 inhabitants, and for 7 EPCIs, it exceeds 200 per 100,000 inhabitants. The sharpest increase is among adults aged 20 to 50 across the entire region. The Côtes d’Armor department is the least affected at this time. Vaccination coverage stands at 83.2% for a single dose and 82.2% for a full course.
