  • IR rising across all age groups, with higher rates among people under 50

  • The positivity rate (PR) remains stable in the general population and among symptomatic individuals

  • Increase in emergency room visits for suspected COVID-19, hospitalizations, and admissions to critical care

  • 25 confirmed cases of the Omicron variant in the Centre-Val de Loire region as of December 16 at 4:00 p.m.
