In week 32, activity related to gastroenteritis was down in hospital emergency departments and stable at SOS Médecins
Extreme heat, heat wave
SOS Médecins: In week 32, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the number of SOS Médecins calls for heat-related conditions (n = 3) was stable compared to week 31 (n = 4) and accounted for 0.3% of consultations.
Oscour®: In week 32, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the number of heat-related emergency room visits (n = 48) was down compared to week 31 (n = 67) and accounted for 0.5% of visits.
Monkeypox
As of August 16, 26 cases have been confirmed in the Centre-Val-de-Loire region, and several cases are currently under investigation.
