  • In Week 21, the incidence rate remained stable compared to the adjusted rate for the holiday in Week 20. The positivity rate is on the rise.

  • Excluding virological monitoring indicators, all COVID-19 monitoring indicators (hospitalizations and critical care admissions, SOS Médecins calls, emergency room visits, and COVID-19-related deaths) are stable or declining.

Acute gastroenteritis

  • SOS Médecins: moderate activity, slightly increasing

  • Hospital emergency departments: low activity, slightly increasing

Other regional surveillance

  • Chickenpox: activity increasing at SOS Médecins and decreasing in hospital emergency departments.

  • Allergies: activity rising at SOS Médecins and stable in hospital emergency departments.

  • Asthma (ages 2–14): activity stable at SOS Médecins and decreasing in hospital emergency departments.

  • Heat-related illnesses: activity down at SOS Médecins, stable in hospital emergency departments.
