Terres de Lorraine is breaking new ground with its "Dignity on Our Plates" initiative, which combines group purchasing from local farmers with shared community gardens on public land to address food insecurity. The social component of this Territorial Food Project (PAT) restores a central role to people experiencing food insecurity, empowering them to directly influence their food environment by sharing their knowledge.
