Allergies

The number of emergency room visits for allergies has been rising over the past two weeks, while the number of SOS Médecins consultations has remained stable.

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

From May 1 to August 25, 2023, 23 cases of dengue and 1 case of chikungunya were reported in the
Grand Est region.

Arthropod bites

The number of emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations for arthropod bites is decreasing in week 34 of 2023.

COVID-19

  • Oscour®: In week 34 of 2023, the number of emergency room visits for COVID-19 continued to rise (143 visits compared to 117 in week 33 of 2023), representing 0.6% of total activity;

  • SOS Médecins: In week 34 of 2023, the number of SOS Médecins consultations for COVID-19 also increased (148 consultations compared to 118 in week 33 of 2023), representing 2.5% of the activity of SOS Médecins associations in the region.

  • SARS-CoV-2 virological surveillance: In week 34, the incidence rate in the region was rising (31.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants vs. 24.1 per 100,000 in week 33-2023).
