Dengue in French Guiana. Update as of February 15, 2024.

Key Points

  • After several weeks of sharp increases, the circulation of the dengue virus appears to have stabilized in the region over the past three weeks.

  • Circulation remains at a very high level in S06, particularly on Cayenne Island, in Les Savanes, and in Oyapock. Confirmed cases and clinically suggestive cases of dengue are on the rise in the Interior-East sector.
