Analysis of the Epidemiological Situation

Malaria activity was low from early January through late March 2017. During this period, in French Guiana, malaria transmission sites were located in the municipalities of Régina, Maripa-Soula, Saül, Kourou, and St Georges.

The malaria risk map has been validated by the Expert Committee, but its production has not yet been finalized; it will therefore be released at a later date.
