Asthma attacks: At the regional level, outpatient and inpatient monitoring indicators are stable and at the levels typically observed at this time of year.
Allergies: At the regional level, outpatient and hospital surveillance indicators show a slight increase in recent weeks. Improved weather conditions starting this weekend and the continued high presence of grass pollen will not be favorable for people with allergies.
Heat-related illnesses: At the regional level, outpatient and hospital surveillance indicators remain at a very low level.
Acute gastroenteritis: Nationally, the incidence of acute gastroenteritis is below the epidemic threshold. Regionally, outpatient and hospital surveillance indicators remain stable and below the regional epidemic threshold (SOS Médecins data).
Heat Wave and Health Alert System (SACS): Surveillance indicators have been generally stable since the start of enhanced monitoring and show no particular changes for the monitored syndromes. Temperatures are expected to rise starting this weekend; however, these weather conditions will remain “reasonable” and do not warrant the issuance of a health alert.
