Key points

Bronchiolitis

  • Decrease in all surveillance indicators.

Influenza, influenza-like illnesses, and acute respiratory infections

  • Increase in indicators across all age groups at SOS Médecins and a decrease in hospital emergency departments.

  • Stabilization of the incidence of acute respiratory infections (data from the Sentinelles network).

COVID-19

  • Decrease in emergency department visits (OSCOUR) and stabilization of procedures at SOS Médecins.

  • Virological surveillance indicators are stable (Néo-SIDEP data).

Gastroenteritis

  • Indicators on the rise at SOS Médecins and in the Sentinelles network.

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

  • Since the start of enhanced surveillance in the region, 532 cases of arboviral diseases—433 confirmed cases and 99 probable cases—including 519 cases of dengue, 5 cases of chikungunya, 6 cases of Zika, and 2 cases of dengue/chikungunya co-infection; 528 imported cases, 3 confirmed locally acquired cases of dengue, and 1 other case of dengue possibly acquired in Île-de-France. There have been 86 reported hospitalizations for dengue, including 2 deaths, and 2 hospitalizations for chikungunya.
