Heat Wave Watch in the Limousin Region. Update as of August 20, 2012

According to Météo-France, on Monday, August 20, high temperatures will remain very high in the departments under an "orange" alert; however, they will generally be slightly lower than yesterday. In Limousin, high temperatures (which are expected to drop) could reach 33°C in Haute-Vienne and 35°C in Corrèze. Biometeorological indicators will neither reach nor exceed the thresholds. Météo-France has issued a "Yellow" alert for the entire region. Emergency service activity shows no increase for August 19 across the region. However, an increase is noted in the Creuse department. The regional "heat" index is decreasing for August 19.
