Mortality:
No significant changes in vital statistics data; figures remain comparable to those typically observed during this period.

Emergency department visits by vulnerable populations
No particular changes in emergency department visits for children under 1 year of age and adults over 75 years of age, with figures close to expected levels.

Notifiable Diseases (ND) IIM
C outbreak in Dordogne, with 3 cases in less than three months, and an attack rate in the smallest community encompassing the cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 inhabitants.

Virology and enterovirus meningitis
Current circulation of seasonal respiratory viruses according to Bordeaux University Hospital; persistent circulation of enteroviruses correlated with observed enterovirus meningitis cases.

Acute gastroenteritis (AGE)
Activity stable in Aquitaine according to SOS Médecins and Oscour®. In France, activity is rising among those over 15 years of age but overall lower than in previous seasons.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses
Influenza activity remains low in the general population in mainland France and is rising slightly in Aquitaine.

Bronchiolitis
: Increased activity reported by SOS Médecins and Oscour® in Aquitaine and elsewhere in the country; slight increase in cases treated by AquiRespi on November 23–24 (76 children).

Vector-borne diseases
In Lot-et-Garonne, under enhanced surveillance for chikungunya and dengue, no significant changes to report (total remains unchanged at 2 confirmed imported cases of dengue).

Mushroom
poisoning cases are steadily decreasing in Aquitaine, with a total of 73 cases reported by CAPTV and 20 by Oscour® since July 2013 (three deaths in the rest of mainland France).

Carbon monoxide poisoning
Since September 2013, 4 incidents affecting 7 people, 5 of whom were transported to the emergency room (national level: 312 incidents, 940 people affected, and 7 deaths).

School Absenteeism
Absenteeism rates have risen slightly; no major health-related causes have been reported.
