Key Points
Continued increase in vaccination uptake among infants subject to the expanded vaccination requirement since 2018:
88% received a first dose of the meningococcal C vaccine (+5 percentage points compared to 2019)
90% received the booster dose of the meningococcal C vaccine (+4 percentage points compared to 2019)
However, growth has stabilized for other vaccines:
90% received a third dose of the hexavalent vaccine (+1.5 percentage points compared to 2019)
90% received a third dose of the pneumococcal vaccine (+0.7 percentage points compared to 2019)
92% received a first dose of the MMR vaccine (+1.2 percentage points compared to 2018)
New meningococcal B vaccination (recommended since June 2022):
46% received a first dose of the meningococcal B vaccine, below the national average (49%)
Increase in vaccination coverage among children born before the law took effect:
+5 percentage points for the first dose of the HPV vaccine among 15-year-old girls born in 2007 (45%) compared to girls born in 2006 (40%)
Low HPV vaccination coverage among boys (vaccination introduced in 2021): 12%
Increase in catch-up vaccination coverage against meningococcal C across all age groups, most pronounced among 10- to 14-year-olds
Influenza vaccination coverage compared to the 2022–2023 season:
insufficient at 56% among people aged 65 and older and 30% among those under 65
