Key Points

  • COVID-19: The incidence rate has fallen below the alert threshold of 50 per 100,000 residents in both departments on the island (a 56% decrease at the regional level). The testing rate has also decreased, though less sharply (-17%). The positivity rate, also on the decline, has been below the 5% vigilance threshold for the second consecutive week. At the same time, the number of hospitalized patients is decreasing.

  • Chikungunya, dengue, Zika: 9 imported cases of dengue have been reported since the start of the season. This surveillance ended on November 30.
