COVID-19

  • The regional incidence rate, at 83 per 100,000 inhabitants, continues to rise. This rate remains above the alert threshold of 50 per 100,000 inhabitants in both departments on the island.

  • Meanwhile, the testing rate continues to decline (3,920 per 100,000 inhabitants), resulting in an increase in the positivity rate (2.2%), though this remains below the 5% vigilance threshold.

  • At the same time, the number of people hospitalized across all departments is stabilizing, but the number of people in intensive care or intensive/continuous care is increasing.
