Teaching teens about sleep is possible!
Parents have a fundamental role to play in ensuring that their teenagers get enough sleep, according to the National Union of Family Associations (UNAF), which points out that the law assigns parents the responsibility for their children’s upbringing. Learning sleep-wake cycles is undoubtedly the first skill newborns acquire and provides parents with their first opportunity to exercise parental authority.
