Health Surveillance of Mortality. Weekly Update, August 27, 2018.

Summary

Nationwide, in week 33 (August 13–19), mortality remained within the usual range of fluctuation across all age groups (Figures 1–3).

These observations should be interpreted with caution, as the data are still unconsolidated due to the usual delays in reporting.

According to data from electronic certification, 1,714 deaths were recorded in week 34 (August 20–26) (Figure 4).
