  • Among children, service utilization for most indicators across both networks increased in March 2026 compared to February (adjusted for the number of days in the month), in line with the start of the school year following winter break. Service utilization for suicidal ideation across all age groups and for anxiety among 15- to 17-year-olds was higher than in previous years.

  • Among adults, the number of calls for all indicators remained stable in March 2026 compared to February (taking into account the number of days in the month). The number of calls regarding suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and depressive symptoms was higher than in previous years among 18- to 64-year-olds.
