Key Points
In Week 25 (June 19–25, 2023), activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable across all age groups.
The number of medical procedures for allergies has continued to decline for several weeks among both children (-18%) and adults (-32%). Other seasonal indicators show little fluctuation, with increases of less than 10% and low patient volumes.
Among children, there was an increase in procedures for isolated fever (+9%, or +97 procedures), viral syndrome (+11%, or +64 procedures), and insect bites (+11%, or +53 procedures), at levels consistent with previous years.
Among adults aged 75 and older, there was an increase in cases involving falls (+17%, or +25 cases) and vomiting (+33%, or +14 cases). Finally, regarding mental health, there was a slight increase in cases involving depressive episodes among adults aged 15–64 (+9%, or +18 cases).
