In Week 46 (November 11–17), the second week following the start of the school year, there was a sharp increase in total activity among children (+31%, or 6,727 cases).

Over the past week, in line with the increase in total activity, we note primarily a rise in seasonal indicators among children, notably
:- respiratory conditions, including bronchiolitis (+59%, or +181 visits among children under 2 years old), ENT conditions (+44%, or +4,331 visits), pneumonia (+72%, or +112 cases), acute bronchitis (+61%, or +641 cases);
- gastrointestinal conditions, including gastroenteritis (+17%, or +338 cases), vomiting (+11%, or +47 cases) ;
- infectious conjunctivitis (+38%, or +153 cases), allergies (+16%, or +75 cases), and isolated fever (+11%, or +42 cases among 2- to 14-year-olds).

There was also an increase in visits for
:- asthma, more pronounced among children (+98%, or +359 visits) than adults (+14%, or +86 visits);
- influenza/flu-like illness among 2- to 14-year-olds (+60%, or +71 visits) and 15- to 74-year-olds (+26%, or +183 visits).
