Smoking Cessation Support and Disadvantaged Populations: Current State of Knowledge.

The literature review presented in this article was the subject of an original article published in the journal Santé publique (Guignard R., Nguyen-Thanh V., Delmer O., Lenormand MC., Blanchoz JM., Arwidson P. Smoking cessation interventions for smokers of low socioeconomic status: a literature review. Santé publique, 2018, vol. 30, pp. 45–60.). Its objective was to document the effectiveness and implementation methods of interventions designed to encourage and assist smoking cessation among socioeconomically disadvantaged smokers, whether offered to the general public or specifically targeting vulnerable populations. The key findings of this literature review are presented here.
