Students Have Rediscovered the Joy of Eating [Interview]

A "food security program" (FSP) was piloted on campuses in Bordeaux to address food insecurity among students. Participants, selected at random, contributed at least 10 euros and received 100 euros in local currency to purchase food at stores offering organic and locally sourced products. Early results show healthier eating habits and reduced mental stress related to difficulties in obtaining food.
