  • 9.4% of 20H variants (Beta, V2, B.1.351, first identified in South Africa)

  • 8.5% of 21A variants (Delta, B.1.617.2, first identified in India)

  • 2.3% of 20I/484K variants (B.1.1.7 + E484K, first identified in the United Kingdom)

  • 0.4% of 20J variants (Gamma, V3, P.1, first identified in Brazil)

  • 0.1% of variant 20I/484Q (B.1.1.7 + E484Q, first identified in the United Kingdom)
