    • 4.2% of 20H variants (Beta, V2, B.1.351, first identified in South Africa)

    • 2.1% of 20J variants (Gamma, V3, P.1, first identified in Brazil)

    • 0.7% of 20I/484K variants (B.1.1.7 + E484K, first identified in the United Kingdom)

  • In the Caribbean

    • 98.2% of 20I variants (Alpha, V1, B.1.1.7, first identified in the United Kingdom)

    • 1.8% of 21A variants (Delta, B.1.617.2, first identified in India

  • In French Guiana: no samples included

  • In Réunion:

    • 98.9% of 20H variants (Beta, V2, B.1.351, first identified in South Africa)

    • 1.1% of 21A variants (Delta, B.1.617.2, first identified in India
